Crock Pot Macroni & Cheese

   8 ounces macaroni (cooked a little and drained)
   1/4 cup butter
   3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (more is better)
   2 tablespoons canola oil
   1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
   2 eggs (slightly beaten)
   1 1/2 cups milk
   Black pepper to taste
   Salt to taste



Use the two tablespoons of oil to grease the inside of the crock pot (leave remainder in bottom). Mix all other ingredients together and cook in crock pot. 2 1/2 hours on high or 4 hours on low. NOTE: The more cheese you use the better it is.
