Charlie Bread

Serves: 8

   1 cup white self rising cornmeal
   1 stick margarine (melted)
   2 whole eggs
   1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
   1 8 1/2-ounce can cream style corn
   1 cup grated cheddar cheese



Mix all of above ingredients and pour into a hot and well greased iron skillet and bake at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
