Warm Spinach Garlic Spread

Serves: 14

   1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach
   1/4 cup milk
   1 tablespoon olive oil
   3 teaspoons bottled roasted garlic
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   3 dashes hot pepper sauce
   1 1/2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well pressing out excess liquid. In a medium sauce pan combine milk, oil, roasted garlic, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Add cream cheese; cook and stir over low heat until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through. Stir in spinach. Serve chilled or warm with crackers.
