Spinach Dip

Serves: 4

   1 10-ounce package chopped frozen leaf spinach
   1 1/2 cups sour cream
   1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
   1 cup mayonnaise
   2 chopped green onions
   1 8-ounce can water chestnuts
   3 chopped green onions (optional)

Let your spinach thaw and squeeze all the water out good. Then gradually add all other ingredients and cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Let it sit overnight if possible.
