Sausage Rolls

Serves: 16

   2 packages crescent roll dough (8 roll size)
   1 pound sausage
   1 8-ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)



Brown sausage and drain. Cool sausage a little and add softened cream cheese and mix well. On a piece of wax paper flatten one package of cresent rolls and spread 1/2 of the mixture on this and roll like a jelly roll. Seal the ends and wrap in wax paper. Do the same thing with the other package of crescent rolls. Refrigerae overnight and then remove wax paper and slice into pin wheels, placing onto a baking sheet and baking at 350°F until brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
