Miniature Sausage Quiche

Serves: 8

   1/2 pound mild bulk pork sausage
   2 beaten eggs
   1/2 cup milk
   1 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
   1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
   3 dozens pastry shells



Mix first five ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pastry shells and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
