Ham Rolls

Serves: 8

   1 3-ounce package cream cheese
   2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell peppers
   2 tablespoons chopped pimiento (well drained)
   1 tablespoon mayonnaise
   1 1/2 teaspoons creole mustard
   6 slices boiled ham (6x4x1/8 inch pieces)

Combine all ingredients except ham. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each ham slice; roll up and secure with a wooden pick. Cover and chill. Carefully slice each roll into 1/2 inch pieces; serve with toothpicks. Yield 4 dozen.
